Our Policies


Our policies allow us to provide higher standards of service therefore we have implemented them to provide you an exceptional experience. As for appointment cancellation fees these are necessary due to unavoidable expenses and valuable time allocated to patients when they make appointments.


We offer convenient options for you to reserve an appointment:  


When scheduling your appointment, you will be asked to use a credit card to guarantee the appointment, however, you will not be charged a fee. If you cancel less than 24 hours or fail to show up for your appointment, a $50 fee will be applied to your credit card at that time. A reminder for your appointment will be sent via text message and/or email, between 8am-2pm the day prior, which you are able to confirm.  If you need to cancel or  reschedule, please call or email us at 817-862-9900 or  Please note, when you schedule an appointment, that is your acceptance of these policies.

When should I arrive?


Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment, to fill out a brief medical history information and consent form.

Is there anything I should do prior to my appointment?                       


We ask that any patients scheduled for IPL PhotoFacial or Laser Hair Removal treatments come with the area shaved (we normally recommend you shave the day before).  If not, we may have to reschedule or charge a $50.00 shaving fee for you to receive your treatment.  Our patients receiving facials, please arrive without make up, if possible.  You also have the option to cleanse your skin here, just allow enough time before your appointment.

What if I am late for my appointment?                       


If you are not able to be on time, we will do our best to complete as much of your treatment as possible. With some treatments, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment.  In fairness to others, your treatment must end on time so the next patient’s service can begin on time.

Can I bring my child(ren) or a friend with me to my appointment?


Due to safe consideration and limited space, we request that you do not bring child(ren) under the age of 18 or any additional guests with you to your scheduled appointment. If your friends or family have scheduled appointments as well, they may come with you and sit in our lobby until their scheduled appointment time. Only one patient is allowed in the treatment room at any given time.   

What is the cancellation policy?                                          


Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us, 24 hours in advance. All services cancelled with less than 24 hour notice, will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. No-show patients who do not show up for their appointment, will be charged a $50 fee, therefore a major credit card will be needed to secure appointments. Gift cards are not a valid form of payment for no-show or cancellation fees. This courtesy enables us to maintain a higher availability of our time for you and others, as well.  Please note, by scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy.



We accept MasterCard, Visa, and cash.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept Care Credit at this time. Depending on the treatment and amount, payment options may be available.

Gift Cards    


Giving a gift card is convenient and can be customized to any denomination to fit your budget. We also have set amounts available to purchase, on our app for your convenience.  Gift cards are non-refundable and not a valid form of payment for no-show or cancellation fees. 


General Policies       


A credit card number is required to secure all appointments.

If you are a new patient, please bring a photo ID to your appointment at check in.

All prices, policies and services are subject to change without notice.

Scheduling an appointment is your acceptance of these policies.
